Customer Service Representative

Full-time and part-time position available

At King Street Cleaners our goal is to provide the best dry cleaning service to our customers through great customer service and a fantastic finish. We would love for you to join our team! As a customer service representative you will be expected to:

• Handle customer drop-offs, pick-ups, and phone calls with a smile
• Accurately manage cash, credit, and check transactions
• Inspect garments thoroughly and input into computer system
• Organize items into designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness standards always
• Comply with uniform standards

You will recieve 2 weeks of on-site training followed by 2 weeks of training at our main plant in Bryan, TX.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Requirements: English proficiency, ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently, ability to stand and walk for 8 hours, attention to detail

Preferred: Spanish proficiency, 1+ year retail experience, familiarity with SMRT management system (optional)

Dress code: Company provided polo and/or jacket, khaki pants/shorts, brown belt, solid color closed-toe shoes

Full-Time: 7AM-3PM M-F with alternating Saturdays (8AM-12PM)

Part-Time: 3PM-6:30PM with alternating Saturdays (8AM-12PM)

Pay: $14 - $16/hr
