Maintenance Staff

Maintaining the exterior grounds of a property, including lawns, landscaping, and outdoor structures. Key responsibilities include mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, and applying treatments to maintain the overall aesthetic and health of the landscape.

Core Responsibilities:

Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating lawns.

Landscaping: Planting, trimming, pruning, and mulching trees, shrubs, and flower beds.

Weeding: Removing weeds, applying herbicides.

Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining lawnmowers, trimmers, weed whackers, and other landscaping equipment.

Outdoor Maintenance: Cleaning benches, poles, and signs, and preparing outdoor areas for guests and for weather conditions.

Site Maintenance: Removing debris, repairing small structures, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the grounds.

Safety: Following safety procedures when using equipment and chemicals, and ensuring a safe work environment.
