About the Role We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Navasota location's Service Department. This is a critical leadership role focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service department operations
- Drive customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality service
- Lead, coach, and develop technicians and service staff
- Monitor work orders, labor sales, and profitability
- Foster communication across Parts and Sales departments
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior supervisory experience in a service-related field
- Mechanical aptitude and equipment repair knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and service software
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs
