Utility Crew Member

ClearSite Land Services is hiring Utility Crew Members to support land maintenance, site prep, and field operations. This is a hands-on role for dependable individuals who take pride in quality work and safe jobsite practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Follow company policies and supervisor direction
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Report damage, safety issues, or equipment concerns immediately
• Vegetation maintenance (mowing, weed trimming, shredding, tree trimming)
• Jobsite cleanup, debris removal, and end-of-day walkthroughs

Safety & Compliance:

• Proper PPE use
• Job hazard awareness
• Traffic, site access, weather, and heat safety awareness

Qualifications:

• Outdoor work or labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
