We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Housekeeper/Maid to handle the turnover, cleaning, and maintenance preparation for multiple local VRBO (vacation rental)/AirBNB properties.
The ideal candidate takes pride in high standards of cleanliness, works efficiently under time constraints, and lives locally in or near Grimes County, Texas.
Perform thorough cleanings, deep cleans, and general upkeep of vacation rental properties between guest stays.
Change linens, make beds, and manage laundry duties (washing, drying, and folding sheets/towels).
Sanitize and restock kitchens and bathrooms.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all living areas.
Inspect properties for property damage, missing inventory, or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
Restock guest amenities (soap, paper products, coffee, etc.).
Location: Must live locally in or around Grimes Co, TX, and possess reliable transportation.
Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (May be requested to work a few hours on the occasional weekend)
Experience: Previous professional housekeeping, hotel, or vacation rental cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
